Guano Rocks race and paddle

Mark your calendars. On September 17th Wenatchee Row and Paddle Club will hold its annual Guano Rocks race and paddle, plus this year we are including a potluck lunch afterwards.

Start time: 9:30 A.M.

Location: Lincoln Rock State Park

Hamburgers, hotdogs and beverages will be provided by the club. Side dishes can be dropped off at the picnic shelter before the event.

This event offers something for everyone, competition for the competitive, leisure paddling for the leisurely and good food for all. Hope to see you there.

'Thompson 50' & 'Mini Thompson' Canoe & kayak race

June 25th...Let It Be Scheduled. Let It Be Run!  Experience Adventure - 200 years in the making.  The 'Thompson 50' a fifty mile down-river marathon - Starts at Pateros, short portage around Wells Dam, then on to Wenatchee's, Lincoln Rock State Park. Or do the 'Mini Thompson' from Entiat to Lincoln Rock, for a ten mile experience. We invite you to paddle this historic section of the Columbia, traveled by David Thompson and his Brigade of Voyageurs on their way to the Pacific Ocean. Challenge yourself and be part of the best canoe race on the Columbia in 200 years!
